Shasta Cascade U'�onderland Asaociation be given s'�d'oriation oP ,'�500.00; his m,otion seconded by Councilman Lowry9 and on roll call, motion carried by unar.imous vote oP all councilmen present. Reverend Fagen, a colored minister, requested that tbe Council sanction his requeat to be allowed to solicit funds for the purpoee of establishing a church for the colored population in Reddin�. He was advised that this sanetion must be �iven Dy the �har�ber of Commerce. ' Liability Insur�snce on City Ca�s. Carl A.
