Upon roll call by the City Clerk, the following Councilmen were present:
I.A. Dunlap, L.P. Haskell, R.J. Lowry, A.R. Gronwoldt.
Absent: C.A. Williams.
City Attorney Glenn Newton agas present.
Payment of Monthly Cla ims.
Cou#Lcilman Haskell made a motion that the montrly bills be paid after approval
of the finance committee, his motion was saconded by Councilman Dunlap, and on
roll call, nOtion.carried by affirmtive vote of all councilmen present.
Transfer of Funds.
Councilman Dunlap made a motion that $7,000'm00 be; transferred from the Electric
Department Fund to the General Fund; his motion was seconded by Councilman
Hasekll, and on roll call passed by vote of all councilmen present.
Resolution No, 3.
Garden OlivI& Sewer District.
A resolutio:i relating to the proposed contruction of asystem of sanitary sewers and
appurtenances for the benefit of the inhabitants and property owhers of Garden
Subdivision was introduced and read by the City Attorney. CounciLnan Lowry made a
anotion that this resolution be adopted, his motion was seconded by Councilman
Dunlap, and on roll call adopted by vote of all councilmen present.
There being no further business, the meeting was duly adjourned.
