Sewer Com���aint .
A letter was re�d from Tuirs. Chas I�;ienburg requesting thst the
City approve a plumber bill for sewer v�rk caused by city seti�er
becorr.ir�� s�opped. City .�ngineer �dam, reco.r�uended tnat this
claim not be allozved. 'l�he Clerk was directed to write I��s.
Nienberg tnat the �ity �vould not r�onor this cyaim.
The Clerk inforr�ed the Council that i,�ir. k.i��1. Lvingston desired to
discount l�is c��ntr�ct vaith the City by ;�1000.00 for water
s;�stem installed in Greenwood l�eignts. Tr�e City Attorney in-
formed the �ouncil triat the City �ould not legally enter into such
an arrar�errient v�itn l�Yr. L$vingston.
