Gregory for a dif'ferent t�x year delinquency, and Irs. Gre��ry t�as furriished a title or deed to property. The City �ttorney recor�mended that �his money be returned to ��r. ivlorrison. Councilman :�il�i�m: nade a motion that tlzis money be returned to i'�Ir. I�iorrison, -motion seconded by �ouncilman Lowry, and on roll call, passed by unanimous vote. Baker addressed the Council relative to a petition filed previously v��ith the cit;� re�arding regulation of hours of ineat m�rkets. rIe rec�uested that ori b�nGlf' o� tiie food c�ercYlants tilat i�e represer�ted, he would l�ke an ordinance enacted re�ulatin� such hours. The City Attorney was direeted ta meet witn l�lr. �aker and his committee at their convenience relative to fi�idin� out their desire in tfiis matter, and to draft �n o_•dinanae for su�mittion to the Couricil.
