Transfer of Funds
Upon a motion by �ounczlman i�askell, securided 'ay �ouncilman Lotivey, ,
�16�0.00 was ordez�ed �transferred from the E�eotric Uepart�nent Fund
to the T4lunie ipal Light � i o�1er Imp . Bond 1+und by unaniulous vot e o f
all Councilmer� ��rese�lt .
Electric Li�;ht Bill �rotest .
A letter was read from Ernest vozier I4�II�, iri whi�h h,: str�ted that he
��vas enclosi��g a eheck for �91.03 in payinent of' nis electric bill.
He stated that bill was �aid uncier protest, and �ai d becuase not-
ifiQati�n ilad bcen received that service �vo�ald be discc�r�tinued for
non payr�ent. Com�laint and protest vaere based upon the general
ground ecaboalied in the opi:nion now before the board renderEd by
former City Attorney L,J . Kerinedy, etc .

Power Line Extension.
ElectxiQal auperintendent E E Dick, requested perniission f'rom
tne Council to exte=id the power lines of the City outside th�
City Limits. He st�ted that Chas hkard and Roseoe hr�derson woul.d
give rights �f' ways t� the City for this purpose. This recuest was
referred to City �ttorney Newton f'or his investig�tion as to the
legal power of the City to make tr� is exte��sion.
