A sealed bid was received fror,i the Hartford Aecident and Inde_nnity Co�pany for the Public Liabilitp insurance oP tne City oi I�edding, for the policy expiring .on September 6,1341. This bid was f or the account of Clark Nye. S.C. Baker and 6dm �. Craig also submitted policiss for this insi�rance.
