Councilnian 40illiams made a motion that this resolution be adopted, seconded by Councilman Dunlap and passed by unar,imous vote of all Councilmen present. Upon a motion by Councilman Prilliams, seconded by Gouhcilman Haskell, this ap pointment was approved by unanimous note of all �our;cilman.
