Duties of City Clerk.
The City Clerk was instructed to tike effect tl'iat his duty in the

of the groujj delegated to perform a )articular investigation
or action. The City Clerk was also informed that his duty would
be to read the minutes of the previous meeting at each meeting
of the council.
