Cou�eilman Grov�nv�oldt asked trie City Engineer t� draw up a
tentative flnt rate �rogram. �.dat�s stated tha t he was vaork-
ing on t�:is, but Vlould riot have it firi�shed until after the
end of the year as ne desired to �eti in a fuil calendar y�ars
figures for this re��ort.
Li�iz�s on �'olE f'or Eureka I��jarket .
Councilman Frazier brought up the question of installitig a
light on tiie pole in f'ror�t of`rhe Eureka ivlarket . This in-
stallation rvas disapproved by City Eleetrician Dick, �aho
. stated that tnis pole �aas a co- o�ned pole, and that the city
had no aut�ority to g�ant permission for such installation.

�1c�ing upon the s�netion of the City kttorney, the l�layor and
City C1erk were authorized to si�;n a reiease to the insurance
Company carrying the i:�surance of the ilart `j'rueki=-_� Company
for an accident invoiving City Ec:�uipment, �n order that settle-
ment far damages to City Equipment could be consutriGted.
