valuation.

RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE-FARLEY DEED
- RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE # 1639

WHEREAS it is to the public advantage and 3.n�erest that the
deed be accepted from RONALD L, FARLEY and MARY E. FARLEY,
husband and wife, to �the City of Redding, to that certain real
property situate in the City of Redding, County of Shasta, State
of California, and more particularly described as followsy- to- wiT: -
Lots 11 and 12 of Mosswood Park Subdivision
according to the official plat thereof filed � '
in the office of the County Recorder. of the
County of Shasta, State �f California, on December
lk, 194$, in Book 10 of Land Surveys at page
40-B thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDDING, as follows, to wit; �
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct;
2. That the City of Redding hereby.accepts said _deed
from the above named RONALF L. FARLEY and MARY E. FARLEY, husband
and wife, to the hereinabove described real property. �
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of said City Council
of the City of Redding on the 5th day of July, 1950, and was
duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
