'6 ;��'�-}. � ��iY�l�(.aJ . , (f) All electricaT energy supplied to such. guest house for lighting purposes shall originate at a panel of_fuses connected on the load side of the electric meter servirig the main dwelling house on said premises and electrical energy for space heaters and electric water heaters if installed shall originate in the same place. (g). Domestic water service to such guest house shall be obtained from the ' water supply system of the main swelling house on such premises and both shall be measured thrsugh the same meter. (h) The total area of such guest house shall not exceed 400 square feet, out- side measurement. (ij No more than one guest house shall be constructed on any J:ot zoned as First R.esidential Zone pursuant to Section 1300 e of this Code. Section 2: Appl.ications for the construction of guest houses in accor.dance with the terms of this section shall be made to the Building In�spector of the City of Redding and in the event such application complies with the terms of this section a permit therefor shall be issued providing the agreement hereinafter provided for is executed. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for a guest house under this section, all owners of the real property involved shall made, execute and acknowledge a ::` document entitled '�Agreement Relating to Guest Houses" and which_shall be in a form constituting an agreement by such owners to comply with all the terrns and conditions of this ordinance and which shall be specified therein, and the applicant shall pay to the City of Redding a sum of money equal to the cost of the recording fee of such agreement and the City of Redding shall cause it to be recorded in the. office of the County Recorder of the County of Shasta, State of California. � Section 3: In the event a guest house is constructed contrary to the terms of this section, and ovcmers thereof shall immediately correct and remedy such con- struction so_ as to comply with this section or shall remove such guest house if correction is impossible. In the event of the failure of such owners to make such correction, such �uest house shall constitute a nuisance and the City of Redding � shall have the right to abate the same by appropriate legal action. " Section 4; The City Clerk sha.11 certify to_ the; adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published in a newspaper of general circulation printed in the City of Redding.
