recommendations as submitted by the Planning Conunission.

i�lrso Witcher said a letter of complaint had been received from City
Health Officer Dr. Collins with regard �o horses kept on her premises.
Dr. Collins said several. eomplaints from residents of the area and
from the school had been received by him. ryhis matter was referred
to the Police Cor,,�nittee for further study and a compl�te report tiaould
be given. at the next . council meeting.

entirety; .but only upon the particular locations as shown on the
plans and specifications, to which the attention of all persons is
direeted for a description of the work, location of the several
classes of� work, a description of the classes of work, to be done

� description of the streets and rights of way, and for all other

to the �doing and completion of the work and improvements herein

plans and specifica�ion�s and careful estimates of the costs and
expEnses of eonstructing said system of sanitary sewers and agpurt-
�nances,. and the sam� are now� on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the �ity of Redding, marked t�Sewer Plans for Oak Ridge
Districtp� and t'Specifications for �Sewer System in the Oak Ridge
Distriettt, and-have been heretofore on the 19th day of �P�'Iarch, 1951,

lot', piece' or. parcel of land belonging to the United States or to the
State of California, or to any county, �City, public agent, mandatory
of the government, school board, educational, perial or reform in-
stitution or institution -for the �f eeble minded or the insane, and, being
in use for the performance of any public function, included within
the distr-ict hereinafter described on Exhibit "Ate her�u.nto annexed
arid �by this reference made a part .hereof�. Included within said
district is c'ertain� property belongi�ng. to the City of Redding, a
municipal corporation, and said real property is described on Exhibit
'rBn annexed hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; tnat
said real property is �not in use for the performance. of any public

to be made to� cover the costs and expenses of said improvement, and
