R� TRAIL�R. - Egyptian Court �°2� Mrs. N�el Eberz requested considerati.on that variance t�e granted for trailer l�cated at the present time at the Egyptian C�urt, 532 N. Marke� 5.�. , stating that trailer and septic tank had been inspected and appr�ved by someone, she thought Mr. Mflrxison. . - Mr. McIntir.e, Building Inspect�r, advised council that Nirs. McClintock, owner and �perator of the Egyptian �:�urt, had telephoned him requesting permission to locate trailer on her gr�ounds, however, had been told this was a violatifln of-the Municipal Code that trailers cauld be located in a trailer park only. He further stated that subsequent t� this telephone c�nversati�on, Mrs. MeClint�ck had located the trailer on her property, built a se.ptic tank to serve said trailer, and � ha�l again been advised this was,a.violati�on of.the Code and would need a variance t�o ��e allowed. Request..far variance had been made t�o the Planning Commission with unanimous vote for denial. (Tw� C�mmissioners were absent). Mr. S. Kriegsman, chairman of the Planning Cammission, advised that reque.st had been denied on the gr�ounds that a definite stand should be taken that,trailers be located to c�nforrn to the Munici�al Code, particularly in view of the fact that � • protests on this trailer had been received. ' Mrs. Eberz stated that for two days Mrs. McClintock had tried to receive a perrnit � or appr�oval for the trailer, but all city de�artments, including the building in- spectar's department, had advi,s,ed her they were not the department involve.d. All telephone c�onversations ha'd been made by Mrs. McClintock, �r her husband ' M-rs.. Eberz said, and she was attending the cauncil meeting as their emissary • because Mr`s. McClint�ck was ill and M�. Eberz was w�rking.
