S�me- time prior to June 1, 1956 the comrizittee �vill render a cornplete report � an aIl of the subjects studied, together with recommendati�ns, to the City C�uncil for its.c�onsiderati�on, These plans will anticipate the growth of the community �over the next ten year period and will .be listed in the order of their importance, as current canditi�ns seem to indicate. This will alsa place the City Council in a position to be informed of the progress of the study groups as the plans are developed. Markwick, 788 Delta St. far the return of m�ney deposited October,. 1954, for the prflp�osed improve- ments �on Del.ta St. Council were further notified that no payments had been received since N�vember, 1954 on this project and that 75°�0 of the praperty owners had not made the necessary payment.
