IVMro Chester..Vanderley presented his request for the position of manager of the � � �
City dump, �
Mahor �Holyfield asked Mr. Vanderley to write a letter to the City Council setting
forth his pr�opositi�n on the management of the city dump,
� REQUEST FOR USE OF.SCOUT HUT - .Redding Toppers
Mr. W.ayne Langford, representing the Redding`Toppers, requested c�ouncil con-
sideration to their. request that the scout hut, west end of Butte._Street, b.e used
by them as a permanent club house for meetings �nly; they ta build a shop and �-��
garage, repaint building, fix the r�ad and im�rove the lighting.
� Mayor Holyfield;requested the Club t�o present their written pr�op�osal on how the
building.would be guarded, their plans for the shop-garage building, what insurance
coverage. would be taken. -

water system would be b,ased on the same policy granted the Peck and

Mayar Fleharty advised Mr. M�:Kinnan, City Enbineer, to l�roceed .as
with previous subdivisiflns, in setting up the water c�nstructi�on policy
with Mr. T. R. Wa�ds on the new Sunset Terrace subdivision, adjacent
