Gity Manager Stites advised he had received no report from the`Pacific Gas and
Electric Company-to date on this proposed purchase. �
RE DELINQUENT LTTILITY ACCOUNTS � � �
Mayor Holyfield stated that an intensive program had .been enforced orie�..year ago
on delinquent utility accounts, and the proof that this campaign had�been worth-
while was shown by the comparative report subrnitted by H,- R. Thro'op, showing
that in January of 1954 $9',2`80. 13 was outstanding against Segtember� 30th figure of
$l, 243. 20.

��� Councilman Smith .requested�information regarding the long range planning for
{ construction of sewer lines as indieated by tke -Master Sewer Plan map. A meeting
of councilmen was scheduled for the future to study this problem.
