City Attorney CibuTa was also present. � MINUTES - PREVIOUS MEETING MOTION: Made by C.ouncilman Holyfield, seconded by Councilman Williams that the minutes of the previous meeting of April 5th be approved as mailed to each of the Councilmen. Voting was as follows; Ayes; Councilmen = Holyfield, Simons, Smith, Williams and Anthony Noes: Councilmen - None , Absent: Councilmen - None RE CQNCESSION STAND - Redding Ball Park Mr. Je ''Red''� Cunnington, spokesman for the Redding Tigers, requested they be granted_permission to operate the concession stand at the Redding Ball Park for the 1954-55 sea.son, with Council approval to sell beer; he stated he would take up with the Board of Directors whether this would be for just their games, or for all games of the entire season, � Mayor Anthony referred this matter to the Recreation Coininittee for their recomrnend- ation, � � � � � :COMMUNICATIONS League of Calif, Cities � Legislative bulletin dated April 6th.of the League of Calif. Cities was presented for couneil �onsideration.
