Tom Woo'ds.by City Manager 5tites regarding prmposed provisions of water system costs,in Sunset Terrace covering Units #1, #2 and #3, Mr. Woods asked for clarification from the Council on the policy of the City .of Redding on installation of cement curbs in new subdivisions. Mayor Williams informed Mra Wood,s this problem was to be taken .under advisement and a definite answer would be given at the next council meeting, April 6th.
