He stated there 'Z 32 were thirteen parcels af land involved, and four had granted the necessary ease- ment; that it was either a case of having the sewer out in the street or to condemn the property. C�nstructifln of the sewer line in the street w�uld-e�s�approxzmate-ly $5, 000. 00 more, and this methad was his recommendation� ` MOTION: Made by Councilman Simons, seconded by Councilman Fulkerth that authorization be granted to make this change of sewer construction in the street (Canal Drive along Garden Subdivision).
