RE LEASE - National Guar.d . . � A communication dated June 19th to the City Manager, advised the construction of the new armory would be completed early this month, and the official move would be affected July l, .1962 and it w.as planned to remove the fencing and to dismantle. �2.L�� the Quonset huts on the leased property as soon as possible, however due to the fact active duty for training occurs during the month of July, it was doubted that pre- mises could be restored to conform.with parag.raph 10 of their lease coincident with the date of occupancy of the new armory. � It was their request that permission be granted to effect the re�storation within . sixtydays following the official move. .
