Mr. Freeman said the residents in the area�are naturally c�ncerned about the traffic in, the residential area and about safety for their children. He stated the present thinking is tonhave cul de sacs at the end of Athens, Rome�, and Olympus, with access to. ThamPs (the proposed arterial street) from South Street.. So:ynP of the residents have indicated a desire to have a frontage road; however, Mr. Freeman does not believe a frontage .._ ,. . . _ _ road is a good idea. He pointed out the total cost as the road is now pro- posed would be $227, 000, with .the City paying $93, 660 (from gas tax funds); Quintana paying $35, 000, and the developer paying $98, 360.
