The meeting was called to order by Mayor Jack Munns with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, lYlike Littau, and Erin Resner. Council 1Vlember Dr. Paul Dhanuka arrived at 5:37 p.m. A1so present: City Attorney Christian M. Curtis, City Manager Barry Tippin, Assistant City Manager Steve Bade, Assistant City Clerk Anette Cates, and Executive Assistant Erin Barnhart. PUBLIC COMMEN�T Mayor Munns determined that no one present wished to address the items agendized for Closed Session. CLOSED SESSION At the hour of 5:18 p.m., Mayor Munns opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session. At the hour of 6:13 p.m., Mayor Munns reconvened the Special Meeting to Open Session and reported that in reference to: 3A. Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR Location: 400 Overhill Rd., APN�s 103-280-028 and 130-703-02'7 City Negotiator: Public Works Director Webb Parties: City of Redding and Shasta Union High School District Under Negotiation: Price and Terms Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957,1(a), the City Council took no reportable action on this item. 3B. Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR Designated Agency Representative: Personnel Director Kibler Employee Organizations: (1) Redding Independent Employees' Organization - Clerical, Technical and Professional Unit; and (2) Redding Independent Employees' Organization - Supervisory& Confidential Unit Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.1(a), the City Council took no reportable action on this item. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at the hour of 6:15 p.m,, Mayor Munns declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Mayor Jack Munns with the following Council Members present: lVlike Littau, and Erin Resner. Council Member Tenessa Audette participated telephonically. Council Member Dr. Paul Dhanuka arrived at 5:18 p.m. A1so present: City Attorney Christian M. Curtis, City Manager Barry Tippin, Assistant City Manager Steve Bade, Assistant City Clerk Anette Cates, and Executive Assistant Erin Barnhart. PUBLIC COMMEN�T Item 3A - Mark Monroe spoke on behalf of the Shasta SuperMoto organization in opposition to the City of Redding's proposed amendment to its contract with the City, stating that the liability release forms are sufficient for liability incurrence, and provided copies of the liability waivers, including the letter received from the City, and a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance, incorporated herein by reference. CLOSED SESSION At the hour of 5:09 p.m., Mayor Munns opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session. At the hour of 6:15 p.m., Mayor Munns reconvened the Special Meeting to Open Session and reported that in reference to: 3A.
