May I express my thanks to the citizens of Redding who afforded me the
opportunity to participate in a small way to the growth of their city
during a brief but interesting period in its development.
I have especially enjoyed working with members of the City Staff and
have found them all to 'be highly competent, hard working and
professional public servants.
Finally, Mr. Mayor, I am proud to have served with you and my
other fellow councilmen, whom I have come to know as exceptionally
able and sincere men fully dedicated to the public's interest and
worthy of its confidence and support.
Redding, I am certain, is destined to become a great city, and I
will follow its growth and development with a lasting personal
interest. °
Sincerely, ,
