Project Partners: o Western Shasta Resource Conservation Distric! o California Department of Fish and Wildlife o A number of Volunteer Organizations 1 *1 Plan 9 11ral ning In 2022, The City of Redding contracted with the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) to analyze the site and work with project partners to create a Trails Plan for the site. 9 Project Partners, o Shasta Environmental Alliance * Redding Trail Alliance * Community Champions— Brian Crane, Bill Kunts and more. * Inventory the site for existing conditions / uses. * Make recommendations on site access and phasing. * Engage community to understand desired trail opportunities. * Design a trail plan that activates this tremendous community asset with trail -based recreation opportunities.
