The meeting was called to order at 4:38 p.m. by Mayor Jack Munns with the following Council
Members present: Tenessa Audette, Dr. Paul Dhanuka, Mike Littau, and Erin Resner.
A1so present: City Manager Barry Tippin, City Attorney Christian Curtis, Assistant City Attorney
Gretchen Stuhr,Assistant City Manager Steve Bade, Community Services Director Travis Menne,
Development Services Director Jeremy Pagan, Fire Chief Jerrod Vanlandingham, Public Works
Director Michael Webb, Police Chief Brian Barner, and City Clerk Sharlene Tipton.
2. Project Site Walking Tour for The Peaks Subdivision,beginning at the corner of Spinnaker
Drive and Keel Court.
Mayor Munns provided a brief overview of what to expect on the walking tour of the
undeveloped project area, noted that Sheryl Bullock would be the neighborhood
spokesperson/guide, and stated that there would be minimal public comment.
City Attorney Curtis and City Manager Tippin explained that this is a different type of
meeting as it is a walking tour, and the Council would remain together so they can all hear
the same information at the same time to comply with Brown Act requirements.
Several neighbors expressed safety concerns regarding lack of ingress/egress, noting that
it was an issue during the 2018 Carr Fire. They also expressed concerns regarding the
environment, and increased congestion in addition to already congested arterial streets,not
only for their neighborhood, but surrounding neighborhoods as well.
The Council and staff answered several project questions from neighbors.
The City Council did not take any legislative action as this was an informational meeting
only.
ADJOIJRNMENT
There being no further business at the hour of 5:19 p.m., Mayor Munns declared the meeting
adjourned.
