HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd. No 2675 - Auth an amendment to contract between City of Redding and CalPersThe City Council of the City of Redding does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of
Redding and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is
hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment on file in the City Clerk's Office, and by such
reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.
Section 2. The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed
to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its adoption, and prior
to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage thereof shall be published at least once in the
Redding Record Searchlight, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the
City of Redding, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Ordinance was introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 18th day of February, 2025; and was read and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 18th day of March, 2025, by the following
vote:
