A. The Public Service Easements bein;considered fvr summary vacation was acquired by dedicatian
by the Sait Creek Heights Unit 2 Subdivisian Map filed in Book 25 of Maps at Page 1 I, S�lasta
�out�ty Records and is descri�ed in Exhibit "A" and shown on E�iibit <`B" attached and made a
pai-t laereof by reference. The owner of�'arcels 17 thrc�ugh 40 of said map have asked tliat the City -
vacate these Public Service Easements.
B. The Pub�ic Service Easements being considered will be rededicated and can be considered excess.

Easements to be excess.
3: The City Council approves the r�r�uest to sum�narily vacate the Public Service Easements as shown
on the �alt Creek Heights Unit 2 5ubdivisian Map filed in B�ok 25 of Parcel Maps at Page 11,
Shasta County R,ecards, as described in E�ibit "A" anci shawn on the attached Exliibit"B" and
subject#o the grant cafPublic'Service Easements as shown on the attached E�ibit"C."
4. The vacation of�h�Ptiblic�ervice�asements is coilsistent witl�tl�e Getieral Pla�i. This action wrllr
not preclude itses cansistent witli current zoniilg and will encac�rage design campatible witiY its
surroundings:

review under the California Enviroi�mental Qtirality Act Guidelines Sectian 15305 — Mi�acs�•
Alterations in Land Use L`unitations. Na changes cn land use oz• density will occ��r and areas
affected e�ntain an avera�e slope t�fless than 20%. There is no possibility that this action�vill have
a signifcatZt impact on the envia�onment.
