Background/Analysis The City Council typically reorganizes at its first meeting in December of each year. The Redding 1Vlunicipal Code does not specify how the City Council will select the new Mayor, new Vice Mayor, and new Mayor Pro Tempore. Council Members Tenessa Audette, Ju1ie Winter, and Jack Munns most recently served as Mayor, Vice Mayor, and Mayor Pro Tempore, respectively.
