SUBJECT: 4.1(b)--Sale of Surplus Land
Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to present terms and conditions regarding the sale af
surplus, City of Redding-owned property located at 6950 Lockheed Drive (Assessor's Parcel N�o.
056-610-004) to the City Council in Closed Session on November 19, 2024.
Alte�native Action
The City Council could choose to not authorize the City Manager to present property sale terms
and conditions and provide an alternate direction.
Backgrou n d/f1 n alysis
A private entity has expressed interest in purchasing 6950 Lackheed Dr, APN 056-b10-004,
from the City of Redding. The property was declared surplus property by City Council -
Resolution No. 2021-061.
Environmental Review
This item is not a project as de�ned under the California Environmental Quality Act, and no
further action is required.
