Fiscal Impact There is no fiscal impact associated with the approval of this report. Alte�native Action City Council (Council) could choose to not accept the report recognizing City of Redding {City) employees who have achieved service milestones. Backgrou n d/f1 n alysis To recognize employees for their dedication and service to the City and the community, annually, at the mid-0ctober Council Meeting, the City recognizes employees who have achieved or will achieve service milestones. Recognizing employees for their service and commitment to the City, as well as the community they serve, is extremely important. City employees are essential to this organization and the services we provide to the community. Without dedicated staff, we would be unable to serve our community efficiently and effectively. Environmental Review This is not a project defined under California Environmental Quality Act, and no further action is required.
