HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2005-011 - SEIU ~,.. e e RESOLUTION NO. 2005-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION - CLERICAL, TECHNICAL, AND PROFESSIONAL UNIT, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 16, 2005. WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redding and the Service Employees International Union - Clerical, Technical, and Professional (CTP) Employees' Unit be amended as set forth in Attachments "A" and "B", changing the title and salary range of the Landscape Technician classification, effective January 16, 2005; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redding and the Service Employees International Union - Clerical, Technical, and Professional (CTP) Employees' Unit be amended as set forth in Attachments "A" and "B", changing the title and salary range of the Landscape Technician classification, effective January 16, 2005.
