HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2005-005 - SEIU -, . . _ RESOLUTION NO. 2005-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION-CLERICAL, TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENT][AL EMPLOYEE UNITS, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 5, 2004. WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that the Memorandums of Understanding with Service Employees International Union-Clerical, Technical, Professional Employees and Supervisory/Confidential employee units be amended as set forth in the attached Exhibits "A", "B", "C", and "D", effective December 5, 2004, in order to implement negotiated salary equity adjustments and classification changes; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Memorandums of Understanding with Service Employees International Union-Clerical, Technical, Professional Employees and Supervisory/Confidential employee units be amended as set forth in the attached Exhibits "A", "B", "C", and "D", effective December 5, 2004.
