RESOLUTION NO. 2004-153
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY -FOR-
PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN AND SCHEDULE OF
CLASSIFICATIONS FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES,
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 26, 2004.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended that the Executive Management
Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan and Schedule of Classifications for Unrepresented employees
be amended as set forth in Exhibit A, effective September 26, 2004, in order to change the
classification of Power and Fuel Contract Technician to Settlements Analyst; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt
such recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan and Schedule of Classifications for
Unrepresented employees be amended, as set forth in Exhibit A, effective September 26, 2004.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced, read, and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 21st day of September,
2004, by the following vote:
