RESOLUTION NO. 2004-119 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY RANGES FOR THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION-CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL UNIT, EFFECTIVE JULY 18, 2004. WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that the Non-Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges for the Service Employees International Union, Clerical. Technical, and Professional Unit, be amended as set forth in Exhibit "A-I," effective July 18, 2004, in order to add the classification of Energy Services Rebate Specialist; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Non-Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges for the Service Employees International Union, Clerical. Technical, and Professional Unit, be amended as set forth in Exhibit "A-I," effective July 18, 2004.
