RESOLUTION NO. 2004-114 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY -FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR CITY OF REDDING UNREPRESENTED E:MPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 4, 2004. WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended that the Executive Management Pay- for-Performance Salary Plan for Unrepresented Employees' be amended in order to accomplish the equity adjustments to salary ran,ges described in Exhibit "A", effective July 4,2004, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan for Unrepresented Employees be amended to accomplish equity adjustments to the salary ranges set forth in Exhibit "A", effective July 4,2004.
