A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-39 WHICH DECLARED INTENTION
TO BEGIN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OF ABATEMENT ON PROPERTY AT
1264 EAST STREET. (SAYLOR PROPERTY).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 76-39 was adopted by the City
Council on April 19, 1976, and recorded on April 21, 1976, in
Volume 1333 O.R. at page 683, Shasta County Records, declaring
Council's intention to begin legal proceedings of abatement under
Chapter 15 of the Redding City Code on real property at 1264 East
Street in the City of Redding; -owned by Benjamin Franklin Saylor
and Morgan T. Saylor, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have since corrected
the unsafe and unsightly conditions which needed to be abated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redding that Resolution No. 76-39 is hereby rescinded,
and shall be of no further force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall record
a copy of this Resolution in the office of the Shasta County Recorder.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the,foregoing Resolution was intro -

duced and read at / regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Redding on the 4th day of October, 1976, and was duly adopted
at said meeting by the following vote:
