RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION PALO VISTA COURT
WITHIN THE DAY SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, subdivision improvements have been satisfactorily
completed in the Day Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of
Redding has recommended that Palo Vista Court within the said Day
Subdivision be accepted into the City street system at this time
for maintenance and operation by the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommenda-
tion and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding
to approve same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redding that pursuant to the authority provided in
Section 1806 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, Palo Vista Court in the Day Subdivision is hereby
accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation
by the City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was intro-
duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Redding on the 2nd day of August, 1976, and was duly
adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Anderson, Demsher, Gard, Pugh, and Fulton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
