G� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING CONFIRMING A DIVISION OF LAND AND BOND FOR ASSESSMENT NO. 105 IN THE ANITA-MAHAN SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. WHEREAS, Part 10 of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 (Sections 8730-8734, Streets and Highways Code) authorizes certain proceedings for the division of land and bond in certain assessment district proceedings under said Act, and WHEREAS, there has been a division of ownership of parcels of land shown on Assessment No. 105 on the Anita -Mahan Sewer Assess- ment District Map, and the City Council of the City of Redding has been requested to segregate and apportion the unpaid installments of the original assessment on said parcels in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of said parcels of land, and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has prepared and filed with the City Clerk the foregoing report, amended assessment and map, as ordered by the City Council and as required by law, and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has fixed Tuesday, July 6, 1976, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers and Police Department Build- ing at 1313 Market Street, Redding, California, as the time and place for a.public hearing upon said amended assessments and any objections thereto, and did publish notice thereof in the form and manner required by law, and WHEREAS, at said time and place the City Council did hold a public hearing upon said report, amended assessment and map, and there being no objections thereto, either written or oral, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding, as follows: 1. That all of the foregoing recitals are true and correct. 2. That the foregoing report, amended assessment and map, covering the parcel of land shown as Assessment No. 105 on f the Anita -Mahan Sewer Assessment District Map are hereby approved} and confirmed. ac i 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the foregoing report, amended assessment and map, with the City Treasurer of the City of Redding, and the County Auditor of the County of Shasta, who shall annually thereafter enter upon the assessment roll the in- stallments becoming due on each component part of the original parcels opposite a description of the respective parcels so assessed. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was intro- duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 6th day of July, 1976, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Anderson, Demsher, Gard, Pugh and Fulton NOES: COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None EE D.
