A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-9 WHICH DECLARED INTENTION TO BEGIN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OF ABATEMENT ON PROPERTY AT 460 N. MARKET STREET. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 75-9 was adopted by the City Council on January 20, 1975, and recorded on January 24, 1975, in Volume 1257 O.R. at page 386, Shasta County Records, declaring Council's intention to begin legal proceedings of abatement under Chapter 15 of the Redding City Code on real property at 460 N. Market Street in the City of Redding, owned by Glenn L. Moran, and WHEREAS, the owner of said property has since corrected the unsafe and unsightly conditions which needed to be abated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that Resolution No. 75-9 is hereby rescinded, and shall be of no further force and effect. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall record a copy of this Resolution in the office of the Shasta County Recorder. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 17th day of May , 1976, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Anderson, Demsher, Gard, Pugh, and Fulton NOES: COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None ATTEST: MILDRED L.
