A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ESTABLISHING A YELLOW LOADING ZONE 50 FEET LONG AT THE MINIATURE GOLF COURSE ON PARK MARINA DRIVE. WHEREAS, Section 18-37 of the Redding City Code, 1959, as amended, specifically provides that the City Council may desig- nate loading zones by resolution, and WHEREAS, the Traffic and Parking Commission, in its memo- randum dated January 13, 1976, has recommended that a yellow load- ing zone be established on the west side of Park Marina Drive for 50 feet north from the crosswalk at the miniature golf course, and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered such recommenda- tion and deems it to be in the best interest of the City of Redding to adopt same, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding as follows: 1. That a yellow loading zone is hereby established on the west side of Park Marina Drive for 50 feet north from the crosswalk at the miniature golf course. 2. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby authorized and directed to install appropriate signs and markings to accomplish the purpose of this Resolution. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 2nd day of February , 1976, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Anderson, Demsher, Fulton, Pugh, and Denny NOES: COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None ATTEST MILDRED L.
