A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION ASHLEY COURT IN THE ASHLEY SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in the Ashley Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Ashley Court in said subdivision be accepted into the City street system now for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that, pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Ashley Court in the Ashley Subdivision, is hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was intro- duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 17th day of December , 1984, and • was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Demsher, Fulton, Gard, Pugh, & Kirkpatrick NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ATTEST: �,n . ��� ETHEL A.
