A RESOLUTION OF THE•CITY COUNCIL.OF THE.CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION BLACKSTONF. COURT AND A PORTION OF PANORAMA DRIVE IN THE LAKE BOULEVARD SUBDIVISION, UNIT,NO. 5. d WHEREAS, subdivision improvements have been satisfactorily completed in the Lake Boulevard Subdivision, Unit No. 5; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Blackstone Court and a portion of Panorama Drive in said subdivision be accepted into the City street system now for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the.City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that, pursuant to, the authorityprovided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Black- stone Court and a portion of Panorama.Drive in the Lake Boulevard Subdivision, Unit No. 5, is hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was intro- duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 15th day of November , 1982, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Demsher, Fulton,, Pugh, and Gard', NOES:' COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Kirkpatrick i 19kiRA ALLE GARD, Mayor City of Redding ATTEST: ETHEL A.
