A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3540 PERTAINING TO THE ESTABLISH-
MENT OF REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS FOR THE DESIGN AND CON-
STRUCTION OF OFF-STREET PARKING AND GARAGE SPACES.
WHEREAS, staff as recommended extensive changes to the
Redding Municipal Code concerning off-street parking which would
render Resolution No. 3540 obsolete; and
WHEREAS, the. City Council deems it in the best interests of
the City of Redding to adopt such recommendations; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is categor-
ically exempt from the provisions of CEQA:
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding that Resolution No. 3540 is rescinded, effective
January 20, 1983, and of no further force and effect from and
including said date.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was intro-
duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Redding on the 6th day of December 1982, and
was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
