Home My WebLink AboutReso 82-104 - Waiving the Requirement of a Parcel Map for Lot Split Application LS-1-82 RESOLUTION NO. e)-/Oy A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A PARCEL MAP FOR LOT SPLIT APPLICATION LS-1-82 . WHEREAS , at its regular meeting of February 10 , 1982 , the Board of Administrative Review recommended approval of Lot Split Application No . LS-1-82 , requesting adjustment of lot lines between properties identified as 5797 Eastside Road and 2450 South Bonnyview Road, in a "U" Unclassified District, as applied for by Thomas Fisher, and WHEREAS , attached hereto is a diagram marked Exhibit "A" , depicting the location of the parcels involved and the proposed lot line adjustment, and WHEREAS , Government Code Section 66412 (d) provides that the Subdivision Map Act shall not apply to certain types of lot line adjustments where such adjustments are approved by resolution of the City Council , and WHEREAS , it is the recommendation of staff that the City Council approve Lot Split Application LS-1-82 , and waive the application of the Subdivision Map Act by resolution, and WHEREAS , it has been determined that this matter is cate- gorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redding does hereby approve Lot Split Application No . LS-1-82 and waives further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act in connection with said lot split, it being the express finding of this City Council that this is merely a lot line -1- `G 411 adjustment between two or more adjacent parcels, where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel , and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Shasta County Recorder.
