NOTICE OF A NEW TIME AND' PLACE -FOR HEARING PROTESTS:.
BE' IT RESOLVED, by- the City Council of thel City of

reconsideratiq,n'necessary, and caused the resci.ssion•of Resolution`s
No.' 81-63 which originally set the protest hearing for Junell;
1981,
and Resoluti_o'n No. 81-84 which set the hearing for June. 15,1
1981;,
and the City Council now rescinds `Resolutio`n No.: 81 `176•, .wh ieh set
the -hearing for October 5, 1981.

4 The protest hearingin connection wit•h.this,.annexa
tion is 'now set ,for 'October 19, - 1981, at 7:30 P.M. iri •the CilIity
Council Chambers -at 1313 California Street, Redding,- Shasta M
County; California.,:,at which time and place any person .now owning,-
real property'witYiin the territory above described and proposed
to be,.annexed-to the City'of Redding, and having any obj'ecti'ons
to the.proposed annexation, may appear before -the City'Council,
and:show cause `why such territory should•not be so annexed to the
City ;of. Redding The .protest must -be in writing, may -.be filed at
any time :prior. ,to thea termination .of said, protest hearing., .and
shall state the name or ,names of the owner or owners of•property-'
