A RESOLUTION.OF THE CITY.C_.OUNCIL OF THE,CITY OF REDDING
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE`'AND OPERATION AMANDA -DRIVE
WITHU
IN EL VERANO ESTATES'NIT-�2.
WHEREAS;- subdivision -improvements have been satis-
factori-ly completed in El Verano Estates.Unit.'2, and
WHEREAS-,' the":Director of Public -:Works of.the City
-of Re,dding,'has .recommended that Amanda Drive within said,'
subdivision be accepted'into the City street system now for
maintenance and operation.by the City, :.and
WHEREAS,. the City Council -has considered this
recommendation and deems it to be in -the best'interests of
the City of Redding'to.approve'same';
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE'IT RESOLVED -by the City"Council
..of the City of Redding that pursuant to the authority provided
in Section -1806 of the :Californid.Streets'and Highways'Code,
Amanda Drive, within El Verano Estates Unit 2•is'hereby accepted
into. the _City street system for maintenance and 'operation ''by
the, City
