A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
CONFIRMING A DIVISION OF LAND AND BOND FOR ASSESSMENT
NO. 2 IN MOUNTAIN LAKES INDUSTRIAL. PARK UNIT 3
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Part 10 of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915
(Sections 8730-8734, Streets and Highways Code) authorizes certain
proceedings for the,division of land and bond in certain assess-
ment district proceedings under said Act, and
, WHEREAS, there has been a division of ownership of the
parcel of land shown as Assessment No. 2 on the Mountain Lakes
Industrial Park Unit 3 Assessment District Map, and the City
Council of the City of Redding has been requested to segregate
and apportion the unpaid installments of the original assessment
on said parcel of land, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of
Redding has prepared and filed with the City Clerk the foregoing
report, amended assessment and map, as ordered by the City Council
and as required by law, and
' , WHEREAS, interested persons have been notified of the
pending segregation and there being no objections thereto, either
written or oral,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redding, as follows: �
1. That all of the foregoing recitals are true and
correct. .
2 . That the foregoing report, amended assessment and
map, covering the parcel of land shown as Assessment No. 2 on the . �

. Mountain Lakes Industrial Park Unit 3 Assessment District Map
are hereby approved and confirmed.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the
foregoing .report, amended assessment and map, with the City
Treasurer of the City of Redding, and ,the County Auditor of the
County of Shasta, who shall annually thereafter enter upon the
assessment roll the installments becoming due on each component
part of the original parcels opposite a description of the
respective parcels so .assessed. .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 4th day of January , 1982, and was
duly adopted at said meeting by .the following vote:

. The undereigned, having been advised by the 'City Treasurer that an
application therefor has been eigned by all the neceseary persons,
hereby amends the asaessment and diagram recorded on September 3, 1980,
in the office of the Superintendent of Streets, City of, Redding, Shasta
County, California, in accordance with the apportionment.
