A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING THE ROUTE AND BUS STOPS FOR PERMITTED BUS OPERATION WITHIN THE CITY. WHEREAS, Section 6.28.110•of the Redding Municipal Code requires that the City Council shall establish approved locations for bus stops within the City, and WHEREAS, the Traffic Engineer of the.City of Redding o . has recommended approval of both the route and the bus stops pro- posed by the operator of the bus system which is currently permitted in the City of Redding, as shown on the diagram attached hereto as "Exhibit A", and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of the City and its citizens to approve such recommendation, and WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redding hereby approves the bus route and establishes the bus stops which are depicted on "Exhibit A" attached hereto, for the bus system currently permitted within the City. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was intro- duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 15th day of June , 1981, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COU14CILMEN: NOES: COUNCILMEN: ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: ATTEST: Gard, Y.il Mone Demsher ETHEL A.
