A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-149, AND ESTABLISHING AN AMENDED SCHEDULE OF PLANNING PERMIT FEES TO BE PAID FOR REZONING APPLICATIONS, ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS, USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS, VARIANCE APPLICATIONS, AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING CODE, AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL PLAN, AND COPYING CHARGES. WHEREAS, Sections 18.336.120, 13.64.030, 18.70.030, 18.72.020, 18.78.020, and 18.78.060 of the Redding Municipal Code provide that planning permit fees for rezoning applications, en- vironmental impact reports, use permit applications, variance applications, amendments to the Zoning Code, amendments to the General Plan, and copying charges, are established by the City Council by resolution, and WHEREAS, the City's existing schedule of fees was established by Resolution No. 80-149, adopted on July 7, 1980, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission and the Planning Department staff have recommended a new schedule of fees, which o i1v n CO C11 fA 0 0 is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by 0--. Resolution No. 80-149 is hereby rescinded and shall �kj be of no further force and effect after June 30, 1982. -1- 2. Planning permit fees are hereby established in accordance with the Fee Schedule which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference. 1982. 3.
