RESOLUTION CHANGING PROCEEDINGS .
WITHOUT NOTICE OR HEARING
HARTNELL AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1980-3
The City Council of the City of Redding resolves:
That Assessment No. 3, Assessor' s Parcel No.
107-460-04 , in Hartnell Avenue Assessment District No. 1980-3,
• City of Redding, Shasta County, California, be reduced to zero,
in conformity with that certain Settlement Agreement in Shasta
County Superior Court Civil Action No. 70725 , a copy of which
is attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Redding, Shasta County, California, at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the 77th day of Ma� , 1982, by the

23 1. The Harters , on beha?f of themselves and any successors
24 in interesC, shall relinquish any and all past , present or
25 future access rights they may now have relative to Assessor 's
26 Parcel ivo. 107-460-04 to the extension of Hartnell Avenue along
'l7 the southerly boundary line of �sazd parcel.

g 3. The HARTERS shall accept as just compensation for the
7 property taken and utilized for the extension of Hartnell Avenue
g the amount of $28, 450 and enter into a dismissal of Shasta County
g Superior Court Action ivo. 71077
10 4. CITY shall reduce the assessment levied on Assessor's
11 Parcel No. 107-460-40 in the Hartnell Avenue .Assessment District
12 No. 1980-3 proceedings to zero dollars.
13 5. CITY shall install to the Hi.RTER residence at its cost
14 a 3/4" domestic water serv�ce. Said taater service is L-o be .
15 normally metered and billed as a resiriential water service �and
16 is only for the use of the HaRTERS while the}• utilize the struc-
' 17 ture on Assessor' s Parcel No. 107-460-40 as their siagle family
1$ residence.

2fi directly or through its contractor., provide the. usual assurances
